Installations - My system needs help!
You've come to the right place!
Any problems with a rigging or electrical system should be addressed immediately. Failure to do so can result in further system damage, damage to other equipment, and/or damage to people.
A good first step is to reference any manuals or manufacturers information provided with your system. Many times, this literature will have troubleshooting guides or other information that can help pinpoint problems. If this helps, and you are able to determine what component needs replacing, give us a call. We'll help you get that component and help you get it in place, if necessary.
If you have no manufacturer literature or aren't confident in assessing what's going on, please call us. We'll help you figure out what's going on and determine an appropriate course of action. Many times, we can get things back on track with just a phone call. Other times, we'll arrange to come out and take a look.
